So i am so excited! Robert and I went to Target this morning, and it just so happend that we decided to go look at the kids bedding because i was trying to get ideas for Brycen's room. I've been planning on doing it with a sports theme, but when we went this morning we found a cute quilt with sham for 15$, it was originally 60$, but they were trying to get rid of it. I definutely couldn't have made the blanket for 15$, so i was so excited. It's not what i wanted, but for the price you can't beat it, plus i can paint the walls the color i wanted to now. Here are some pics:
Some of the animals are corduroy, but the blanket is cotton, and the back of the quilt is the striped material (there's a strip of it in the middle, see above pic).
So i am pretty excited that we got a great deal on it, because now i don't have to make the bedding :) (just in case you're wondering, it's for a twin bed, we're going to skip the toddler bed).
Besides that, life is going good for us, Robert turns 26 next week, and i start my 2 week appts next week, so only 2 1/2 more months till the baby will be here! Which i am so glad because i have officially hit the uncomfortable stage, and everything makes me sore and out of breath. Brycen is a cutie, and is talking more and more every day.
